The Australian Government Department of Human Services (Human Services) has arrangements with a number of countries under International Conventions and Agreements. This means if your children live overseas, the person caring for them can apply for Child Support. If the application is accepted, the Department's role is to transfer payments on your behalf and enforce them if necessary
