End of life and palliative care services include help with daily tasks and access to a range of emotional, spiritual and mental health care options to suit your needs. Services also provide information and advice about death and dying, advance care planning, financial planning and many other issues that can arise at the end of life. You can have end of life and palliative care services delivered in your home, at an inpatient palliative care unit, or in a local hospital.
