Addressing mental health stigma (video)
People from Afghanistan supported by the Survivors of Torture and Trauma Assistance and Rehabilitation Service (STTARS) in Adelaide, have developed two videos addressing mental health stigma in Dari and Pashto with English subtitles.
Featuring local community members, religious scholars, and mental health professionals, the videos aim to normalise mental health discussions and reduce stigma through culturally relevant information.
