Are you worried about how you are feeling?

This resource explains that feeling sad, angry or worried is normal, but if these feelings last a long time, it’s okay to ask for help. Young people aged 12–25 can get free, private support from headspace Knox. It includes contact details, opening hours, and information about getting help in different languages.
