This illustrated factsheet outlines how climate change affects both our environment and our health, and how taking action can create healthier and more resilient communities. Developed as part of the Loddon Mallee Climate Change and Health Framework (2023–2025), it highlights the benefits of climate action for health, wellbeing, equity, and the environment.
