How to find resources I downloaded in my browser?
Once you find a resource you are interested in, click the file link in your preferred language. Depending on your browser and browser settings, the file will either open in a new browser tab OR automatically download to your computer's download folder. End of life and palliative care services include help with daily tasks and access to a range of emotional, spiritual and mental health care options to suit your needs. Services also provide information and advice about death and dying, advance care planning, financial planning and many other issues that can arise at the end of life. You can have end of life and palliative care services delivered in your home, at an inpatient palliative care unit, or in a local hospital.
