Mental health information for the Tamil community (video)

Anglicare collaborated with the Sydney Tamil community to support intergenerational mental health conversations, producing three short videos tailored for young people, families and women, and seniors. Each video acknowledges the distinct needs and experiences of different age groups.

The series also includes three videos specifically focused on promoting mental health and wellbeing among seniors in the Tamil community.
