After childbirth, some women may have trouble passing urine. Symptoms include slow flow, leakage, or feeling the bladder isn’t empty. This resource offers tips on toileting posture, fluid intake, avoiding constipation, and using pain relief. If symptoms don’t improve in 4–6 weeks, contact your physiotherapist or seek urgent care.
