Travelling with medications - Before you go checklist
This checklist helps travellers ensure they are carrying medicines or medical devices safely and legally. It prompts users to confirm the item is for themselves or an immediate family member, check if it is allowed in the destination country, carry a prescription and doctor’s letter, keep products in original packaging, take only the required amount for the trip, and verify that the quantity is permitted at the border.
