Understanding hormone therapy for prostate cancer
This booklet is for men who are about to start or who have already started hormone therapy, also known as androgen deprivation therapy (ADT), either as part of a combination treatment plan or as a treatment on its own. This booklet will help you understand what is involved with hormone therapy, the potential benefits of this treatment and what the side effects might be.
