What is a care plan? (easy read)
Use this webpage if you live in NSW. This webpage explains what a Care Plan is after Community Services take your child.
It says Community Services must write a Care Plan and invite you to a meeting. The plan talks about where your child will live, who makes decisions, and who can see your child. It can also include your child’s health, culture and other needs.
The webpage says you can take a support person, talk to your lawyer, and do not sign anything you do not understand.
