As parents, grandparents, and caregivers, we all want to see children thrive, to dream big, and reach their full potential. But when it comes to careers and interests, outdated ideas about gender can limit children's dreams and restrict the future they can imagine for themselves. When we raise our kids as equals and celebrate role models that they can look up to, we show them that the world is full of possibility, no matter their gender.
