Your guide to home care package services

This booklet explains how older people can receive support in their home and daily life through the Home Care Packages Program. You should read this booklet if you have been assessed by an Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT), or an Aged Care Assessment Service if you are in Victoria, for a home care package. There are four levels of consumer directed coordinated packages of services through the Home Care Packages Program including personal care, support services and nursing, allied health and clinical services.
