Support at Home program – contributions (video)
This video explains changes to how aged care is funded under the Australian Government’s Support at Home program, starting from 1 November 2025. It outlines how much people may pay for home care services, based on the type of support they use and their income and assets.
The video reassures viewers that the government will continue to pay most aged care costs, that there are no fees for clinical care, and that hardship arrangements remain in place for people who cannot afford to contribute.
