Support at Home program – overview for older people (video)
This video introduces the Australian Government’s Support at Home program, which helps older people stay independent and live safely in their own homes for longer. It explains the types of support available, including help with everyday tasks, clinical care, equipment and home modifications, and short-term or end-of-life support.
The video also outlines what happens if you are already receiving a Home Care Package and how the transition to Support at Home will work.
